Assist with analytical reviews of healthcare data, conduct research relative to industry leading practice and translate data analysis into a narrative used to communicate the need for change

Support the quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop dashboards to monitor the success of initiatives and provide clients with a thorough, balanced view of their progress

Help with interviews of clinicians, administrators or other operational leaders who are providing direct patient care or other services to determine current state, education on initiatives, or to provide feedback on the implementation of new processes

Participate in client engagements and work streams focused on improvement of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services

Analyze complex issues and frame approaches for potential solutions

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or other healthcare licensed degree, Health Management/Administration, Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Analytics or equivalent program

Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above

Coursework and/or experience related to healthcare operations and finance, analytics, strategy, finance and/or technology

Understanding of US Healthcare and ability to work in the Healthcare Provider setting

At least one year experience in a clinical practice setting (hospital, clinic, post-acute setting) if clinically licensed is preferred

Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work

Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership

Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
